Simple and Sinister February or Leap into S&S

30 minute treadmill run
100 50lb KBS 10x10 OTM
Resistance Band standing rows 6x10 and standing shrugs 6x10 in circuit then 1 min rest
Resistance Band standing bicep curls 6x10 1 min rest
Standing Bicep Curl finisher w 15lb KB 1 min rest
Great Friday workout. Back home.

Decided to grab my 24kg to see if I could do a getup with it. I know I can swing it. Last two get ups we’re done with the 24 and went up much better than I thought they would. Maybe simple isn’t as far off as I thought. This gave me confidence to keep moving there slowly and methodically.
 
Got it in around work calls this morning.
28kg TGU 1/1
28kg IC + S&S: c+2p +sq (rest) 1H swing x5. 15 sets in 20:00
Break for work
24kg 1H swing x 5, TGU 1/1 to finish remaining 25 swings and 4 get-ups

32 minute Treadmill jog
1x100 35lb KBS in 2:41 continuous- last ten getting slightly easier
6x15 Chest 50lb KB Floor presses 1 minute rest
6x10 35lb KB skull crushers 1 min rest
5x10 Resistance Band standing chest presses with 1 second static hold at extension and 1 min rest
3x10 15lb KB clean and press 1 min rest (left side very difficult right side very easy)
I want to finish the challenge strong- while I’m having trouble with TGU due to old shoulder injury, making the most of what I can do. Making most progress on stamina with swings. Slimming up also
 
2/24 climbing day
Feeling a bit under, lymph on left side a bit swollen in a couple spots.
Did normal goblet /halo warmup.

One set of bottom up getups with the 8k.

Climbed less than ideal, but had a great day out on the sun with friends.

Was expecting this to be a bit much, but there's a good chance I need to skip tomorrow's session ( out of town) so I figured I could dig a little tiny hole.
Easier than the same session last week !
 
32kg get-up x 1+1 + IC sequence + 5 two-arm swing
36kg get-up x 1+1 + IC sequence + 5 two-arm swing
40kg get-up
40kg IC + S&S one-arm swing x 5 x 40 sets total in 26:40
