2/18 - climbing day

Getups 20k singles
5th on each hand i decided to try to press in each position (excluding windmill) on the way up. I've done this many times with the 16 but never with the 20k. Had to push press with the right on the standing press, but all others felt easy !

Was pretty drained last night so just did 5x10 swings OTM

Felt good hiking , except for the steep a#@ hills. Then just went real slow.

Getups 1+1 . Weight pyramid .
20, 24,28,24,20

The 28 was surprisingly not taxing. I've only done a handful of 32 getups in the past, but I'm sure I can do a few by months end

Swings 2H @ 20k
Breath ladder 1-14
Didn't really start to feel it until 10+, even then rope was never above 5ish. The weight was probably a bit light for this session but still feeling it out.

Making up for missing a few days while a family member was in the hospital over the weekend-
40kg 2h swings, 20 sets of 5 every 40 seconds
40 kg TGU 3x1 + 1x2 with 32kg
Pleasantly surprised how light the 32 feels after the 40.

Today will be IC + swings and getups.

Getups singles with edge pulls between
20, 28,20,20,20

H2H swings E60 alternating weights 20,28k
Four rounds each hand 20k
Three rounds each hand 28k.
Had to cut it short to get to work.

Did 6 pitches after work. Two doubles then a couple redpoint goes. Tried to keep moving and keep the pump at a nice reasonable place.

36kg get-up x 1+1
36kg Iron Cardio (press x 2) + S&S one-arm swing x 5 x 40 sets total in 26:15
36kg get-up x 1+1, 1+1
