Other/Mixed Grip strength program

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
it's usually a 1-2x/week thing
I couldn't find the source but I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere this frequency recommended for forearms. Beyond Bodybuilding chapter Forearm specialization for the pipe masters recommends higher frequency of at least three times weekly though. There is also interesting looking fast and simple club program for forearms at the end of heavy day.

That’s an impressive wth effect!
I'm sorry, you were asking what I do for grip... I misunderstood.

On a fairly regular basis, I do:
*Twist Yo' Wrist (wrist roller from Ironmind)
*axle deadlifts (overhand grip)

Once in a while I'll do:
*one arm deadlifts with 3" rotating handle
*one arm deadlifts with hub attachment
*one arm deadlifts w. 2" vertical bar

This is the 2" vertical bar (my best with it is 205lb, I think):

Nice work on the 2" vertical bar! I like the Fat Bastard Barbell Company version you have. I also have the USAWA 2" vertical bar, which is 6" shorter. It is a heck of a chunk of steel though, as you know. One of my old occasional training partners used to do wrist lever work with the FBBC version.
