Hey! Yeah, I have done it. Right now I have a lifestyle where I can’t do A and B sessions. I have a very unpredictable training schedule, so I need a program where I basically do the same thing every time. Giant and iron cardio is perfect for that right now.Geoff has a program called "Easy Muscle ", actually 3 programs in the PDF.
The first is basically The Giant with a choice of squat added.
