What might this adjustment look like for me?While good overall, the only thing you can do better is after the kneeling windmill on the way down, the tall sit is a bit to cramped, I will adjust the hand placement just so you can open up your chest more and use your hips and shoulders to turn to get to elbow and get to firing position

I bought a 28kg. I used to do 2 days 1h and 1day 2h. When I took my step load to 40 swings/4 getups with 32kg from 20 swings/2 getups with 32kg I had to start going 2h every other day. Anyway that’s been working for me and I’m closing in on simple like a glacier.Right now I am trying to transition to 1H swings with the 24 kg. I can 2H swing the 32 fairly well, but would you recommend me staying with my 24 until I “own” my 1H swings or go ahead and move up in weight with my 2H swings?
