Upper lower split

Ive been doing a 6 day push pull legs but thinking of changing to a upper lower and wanted your thoughts.
The reason i liked the 6 day is i can split the volume over the week keeping workout to 30mins a day while doing 12-14 sets a week, using high rep over weighted reps.

Thinking of changing to upper lower to allow for more joint recovery.
My lower days are more cardio as it helps with my hiking and i have a ongoing back issue im waiting to see a consultant about.

Lower days use a weight vest.
The first 2 excersises im thinking are the main ones to try and progress with, pushups rows as accessory.
I train for aesthetics now days.

What do you think, not sure to go even heavier on the first 2 like 5x5? 4x6 etc
