I say it counts. The Oly guys and gals do it on the regular. There goes my plan to bench 4 plates (10, 15, 25, 35) and look super strong...

That'd count as 1 plate per side. There goes my plan to bench 4 plates (10, 15, 25, 35) and look super strong...
So if I have a 100lb log... Do I need to add 45's to count it despite it running at 190lbs?That'd count as 1 plate per side.
(I think you're joking but) Weight increments are 135lb/60kg, 225lb/100kg, etc. At least that's how I'm looking at it for squats - as far as I'm concerned, people can do what they want w. DLs and presses. So if I have a 100lb log... Do I need to add 45's to count it despite it running at 190lbs?

No offense intended - I'm just trying to stay in my lane. We'll keep it the same as the SQ thread.
Now our feeling are hurt ...

Looks like we're gonna have a few federations! That's so powerliftI say it counts. The Oly guys and gals do it on the regular.
Excellent idea!Looks like we're gonna have a few federations! That's so powerlift
As it should be imo. It doesn't make sense to have two completely different lifts competing against each other. At least a sumo deadlift, conventional deadlift and say dumbbell deadlift are all deadlifts. Same with squat variations. But if someone posts say a 3 plate bench how is someone's OHP supposed to compete with that?I was intending only overhead presses and their variations.
best thing I can offer is a bottle of tren. Home-made. Deal?those Torque Tanks are cool.
Two bottles of tren, battery acid coffee, and some cobra blood, and a Prowler . Deal ?best thing I can offer is a bottle of tren. Home-made. Deal?

Snake wine is a popular souvenir in Vietnam, but also very controversial. It is mainly drunk by traditional Vietnamese and adventurous travelers.localvietnam.com
Yupp. Thats why my goal is 120kg log, cause it's 60kg empty. Let the gains begin!(I think you're joking but) Weight increments are 135lb/60kg, 225lb/100kg, etc. At least that's how I'm looking at it for squats - as far as I'm concerned, people can do what they want w. DLs and presses.
Sometime this year you are going to be curious and load 225 and give it a little push press juuuuussst to see how it goes.I will probably not get any at 225 for the foreseeable future so I will not be renewing my card with the federation.
Added a tab for these types of presses. When posting please let me know what the bribe was for tax purposes.Excellent idea!
And full disclosure , up front, in this context I'm highly bribable.
And I have a birthday coming up, and those Torque Tanks are cool.
Not a barbell but I’m stoked at this PR. 44kg for 3reps. I rested a minute and got three on the left too.
I've got to delete some search history now. This is a little bit hard-core. Are you sure you want it?
